A lifelong Tompkins County resident and TC3 Business Administration graduate, Kaysee has built a well-rounded and impressive career. Her professional journey includes successful stints in customer service and operations at a prominent local dealership, as well as with Warren Real Estate, where she developed a deep passion for the real estate industry. In 2021, Kaysee joined the Kate Seaman Team, where she currently serves as our Executive Assistant & Team Manager. In this role, she combines her extensive experience with a dedication to supporting our team and clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

Kaysee's return to real estate is a homecoming to her roots, bringing her career full circle as she applies insights gained from exploring other industries. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Outside of her professional life, Kaysee enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their young son, and their precious dog, Ellie. The family loves exploring all that the Finger Lakes region has to offer, from hiking trails and local parks to the beautiful lakes. They relish the Finger Lakes wine and food scene, making the most of the area's rich offerings. Kaysee also loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes, delighting her family and friends with her culinary creations.
